“ First of all, this was my first visit to this place. The cashier was fantastic. He is probably the owner of this place. It was on a Thursday during a two day rainy weather storm. I walked in at 11am and I was the only customer. The guy was super kind and the food was beyond good. I ordered a carnitas super burrito. He then told me about salsas in the beverage refrigerator. It was in little Togo cups. I grabbed one of each. One Pico De Gallo, one mild Red and one hot Red. I raved about the hot red and he said it is made fresh daily and that it is made with Habanero peppers. It had black pieces in the salsa which is probably from Roasting the peppers. The taste was so so good with the tortilla chips. Those also looked homemade. To drink I had the Aqua Frescas which was self serve. I helped myself to a refill for the road. I am not sure if that is allowed but no one stopped me. Last, the same cashier also made a point to remember not only my first name that he said several times during our conversation but on the way out as I said goodbye, he said Goodbye Mr. Garcia! This is a man who knows how to be a good business man but makes you feel like you are the most important person in the room. Several people came in after me and he knew them all. Everyone talked with him like they have known him for years. During my next visit through town, I will stop by again. This time, I will ask him his name and remember it because he means that much to me now. Cannot wait to return. ”
